User Data Deletion

You can ask Prime Years Beauty to delete personal data we store, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs. This page is the data-deletion instructions URL for our Meta app.
How to Request Deletion
Email info@primeyearsbeauty.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the name and email you used with us, and your Facebook or Instagram username if the request involves Meta.
You may also remove our app from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then send a deletion request from the Removed list.
What We Delete
We delete stored access tokens and any Page, Instagram professional account, or Ads Manager records we keep for publishing and advertising tools we operate.
We also delete account, order, and support records you ask us to remove from this website, except information we must retain for legal, tax, or security reasons.
What We Cannot Delete
Posts, ads, and comments already published on Facebook or Instagram live on Meta’s platforms. Removing them there is done in Facebook, Instagram, or Ads Manager.
We cannot delete data held only by Meta or by other service providers acting independently of Prime Years Beauty.
Timing and Confirmation
We will confirm your request by email and complete deletion of data we control within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.
